TradeAid Network
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 22, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the TradeAid Network website, member services, trading signals, wallet-based features, community tools, and related content. By accessing or using these services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
You can lose all funds committed to trading
Trading crypto-assets, derivatives, futures, foreign exchange, contracts for difference, and other leveraged products is highly speculative. Small market movements can cause disproportionately large losses, liquidation, or margin calls. Depending on your exchange, broker, account terms, and jurisdiction, losses may exceed the margin or funds initially committed. Never trade with money required for living expenses, debt obligations, emergencies, or other essential purposes.
1. Nature of the Service
- TradeAid Network provides community information, market observations, model trade setups, trading signals, historical records, and wallet-enabled member tools.
- A signal is an informational alert describing a possible setup. It is not an instruction, managed account service, copy-trading service, order execution service, or guarantee that a trade should be placed.
- TradeAid Network does not take custody of your exchange or brokerage account, place trades for you, monitor your open positions, or control your leverage, margin, stop loss, take profit, or liquidation settings.
2. No Personal Financial Advice
Content is general and does not consider your objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, experience, tax position, location, or needs. Nothing on the platform is personal financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to acquire or dispose of any financial product or crypto-asset. Obtain independent professional advice and conduct your own research before trading.
3. Your Trading Decision and Responsibility
- You alone decide whether a signal is suitable, whether to open or close a position, and the exchange, order type, timing, position size, leverage, margin, and risk controls to use.
- You accept full responsibility for every order submitted through your accounts, including mistakes, duplicate orders, incorrect symbols, leverage, direction, price, quantity, take profit, or stop loss.
- You must understand the product and platform you use, including liquidation rules, margin calls, funding rates, fees, spread, slippage, custody, counterparty, and withdrawal risks.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, exchange restrictions, tax obligations, and eligibility requirements applicable to you.
4. Specific Risks
Leverage and liquidation
Leverage magnifies gains and losses. A small adverse move may consume your margin, trigger forced closure, or create additional liability under your provider's terms.
Timing and execution
Prices move continuously. A signal may be delayed, stale, unavailable, or executed at a different price due to latency, volatility, spread, slippage, liquidity, outages, or order-book conditions.
Market and platform risk
Markets may gap or move without warning. Exchanges, brokers, wallets, networks, price feeds, stablecoins, smart contracts, and third-party services may fail, suspend activity, be hacked, become insolvent, or provide inaccurate information.
Short selling and volatility
Short positions can face rapid or theoretically unlimited adverse price movement. Crypto markets operate continuously and may experience extreme volatility.
5. Signal Results and Market Data
- Displayed results may be calculated from third-party market data and configured entry, leverage, take-profit, and stop-loss values. They are platform records, not audited statements of any user's realised account performance.
- Binance Futures and other data sources may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or different from prices on your trading venue. A displayed win or loss may not match your fill, fees, funding costs, liquidation price, slippage, or realised return.
- Past performance, historical win rates, simulated results, and completed signals do not predict or guarantee future performance.
6. Eligibility and Account Security
- You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of agreeing to these Terms, and permitted to access the services and trade the relevant products where you live.
- Access may require an approved wallet and a signed verification message. A message signature verifies control of a wallet; it does not authorise TradeAid Network to move funds.
- You are responsible for securing your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, devices, exchange credentials, and accounts. TradeAid Network will never require your seed phrase or private key.
- Access may be refused, suspended, blocked, or removed to protect the platform, community, or legal compliance.
7. Community Tips and Blockchain Transactions
- Community tips are separate from trading funds and do not purchase guaranteed profits, investment management, or any ownership interest.
- Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. You must verify the network, contract, wallet address, token, amount, and transaction details before approving.
- Network fees, smart-contract risk, token risk, wallet errors, and blockchain congestion remain your responsibility, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform operation, evade wallet restrictions, distribute malware, manipulate records, or use the service for unlawful activity.
- Signals and platform content are provided for the authorised member's personal use. You must not scrape, resell, republish, broadcast, or commercially redistribute them without written permission.
9. Availability, Changes, and Third Parties
The service may be changed, suspended, interrupted, or discontinued. Signals may be amended or cancelled as market conditions change. Links, price feeds, wallets, RPC providers, exchanges, Binance, Supabase, and blockchain networks are independent third parties. TradeAid Network does not control or endorse their availability, security, accuracy, or terms.
10. Data and Wallet Information
TradeAid Network may process wallet addresses, assigned roles, public blockchain data, signed-session information, signal records, and administrative audit events to provide access, security, reporting, and platform operation. Public blockchain activity cannot be deleted by TradeAid Network. Do not provide private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary personal information.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any promise that signals, data, systems, or content will be accurate, complete, timely, secure, uninterrupted, profitable, or suitable for you.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeAid Network and its operators, contributors, administrators, team leaders, and service providers are not liable for trading losses, liquidation, lost profits, missed opportunities, data errors, service interruption, third-party failure, unauthorised account access, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or reliance on the service.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify TradeAid Network and its operators against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or trading and account activity, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Changes, Severability, and Applicable Law
These Terms may be updated as the platform, risks, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown above. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms operate subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights available in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for obtaining legal advice about how these Terms apply to you.
